Manager

➤ GEAR CHIEF

Oversee all staff and ensure smooth daily operations

Support employees and maintain professional standards

Manage workflow to reduce client wait times

Guide customers to rooftop café while they wait

Monitor and restock supplies as needed

Handle issues calmly and professionally

Ensure quality service across café and auto shop

Mechanic

➤ TIDE MECHANIC

Lead and supervise all mechanics in the shop

Diagnose and approve complex vehicle repairs

Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

Organize workflow and assign repair tasks

Oversee tools, equipment, and workshop condition

Support and train junior mechanics / Guppies

Ensure efficient, timely completion of all services

Server / Bar Staff

Take and serve food and drink orders to customers

Operate and manage daily bar/café service

Ensure fast, friendly, and professional customer service

Maintain cleanliness and organization of serving areas

Guide guests to seating and rooftop café when needed

Assist with drink preparation and order accuracy

Trainee

➤ GUPPY

Learn basic operations of the café and auto shop

Assist staff with daily tasks as assigned

Observe and follow instructions from senior employees

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas

Support customer service under supervision

Show willingness to learn and improve consistently

* All new hires begin as a Guppy and train in both Mechanic and Server roles before choosing a specialization.

MECHANIC CUSTOMER HANDLING

1. Greeting — Welcome the customer promptly and professionally.

2. Identify Needs — Listen carefully, clarify details fully.

3. Review & Confirm — Go over all requested services and add-ons.

4. Pricing & Quote — Refer to pricing sheet. Communicate total clearly.

5. Payment — Charge through terminal. Do not begin work until full payment is received.

6. Service — Begin after payment confirmed. Complete all services accurately.

7. Quality Check — Verify all services properly applied in-vehicle.

8. Finalization — Close out order. Thank customer and confirm satisfaction.

BAR STAFF CUSTOMER HANDLING

1. Greeting — Welcome in a friendly, attentive manner.

2. Identify Order — Clarify drinks, food, sizes, and modifications.

3. Review & Confirm — Repeat the full order back for accuracy.

4. Pricing & Quote — Calculate and communicate total clearly.

5. Payment — Charge through terminal. Do not prepare until full payment received.

6. Preparation — Prepare to SaltLab standards. Maintain speed and presentation.

7. Quality Check — Confirm order is correct and meets presentation standards.

8. Handoff — Serve professionally. Confirm satisfaction and offer further assistance.

9. Finalization — Close out fully. Thank customer, maintain welcoming atmosphere.
