5. Payment — Charge through terminal. Do not begin work until full payment is received.
6. Service — Begin after payment confirmed. Complete all services accurately.
7. Quality Check — Verify all services properly applied in-vehicle.
8. Finalization — Close out order. Thank customer and confirm satisfaction.
BAR STAFF CUSTOMER HANDLING
1. Greeting — Welcome in a friendly, attentive manner.
2. Identify Order — Clarify drinks, food, sizes, and modifications.
3. Review & Confirm — Repeat the full order back for accuracy.
4. Pricing & Quote — Calculate and communicate total clearly.
5. Payment — Charge through terminal. Do not prepare until full payment received.
6. Preparation — Prepare to SaltLab standards. Maintain speed and presentation.
7. Quality Check — Confirm order is correct and meets presentation standards.
8. Handoff — Serve professionally. Confirm satisfaction and offer further assistance.
9. Finalization — Close out fully. Thank customer, maintain welcoming atmosphere.
